Hastelloy is a kind of nickel-based corrosion resistant alloy, which can be divided into two categories: nickel-chromium alloy and nickel-chrome-molybdenum alloy. Hastelloy alloy has good corrosion resistance and thermal stability, and is widely used in aviation and chemical fields.B3 alloy has excellent resistance to hydrochloric acid corrosion at any temperature and concentration. It can be used in tubes and containers where hydrochloric acid medium is used. Also suitable for sulfuric acid, acetic acid, formic acid, phosphoric acid and other non-oxidizing media. It has good corrosion resistance and very good thermal stability. B3 alloy has high resistance to puncturing corrosion, stress corrosion cracking, knife corrosion and welding heat affected zone corrosion.
Hartig alloy plate is suitable for all kinds of chemical industry containing oxidizing and reducing media. The high content of molybdenum and chromium makes the alloy resistant to chloride ion corrosion, and tungsten further improves the corrosion resistance. At the same time, C-276 Hartig alloy tube is one of the only materials that can resist the corrosion of wet chlorine gas, hypochlorite and chlorine dioxide solution, and has significant corrosion resistance to high concentration chloride salt solution such as ferric chloride and copper chloride.
