GR2 Titanium Plate Titanium content is high, its mechanical properties and chemical properties are similar to stainless steel, the strength is not high relative to titanium alloy, good plasticity, easy to process molding, stamping, welding performance is good. It has good corrosion resistance in the atmosphere, seawater and other environments, and its oxidation resistance is stronger than that of stainless steel, but its heat resistance is low.
It is mainly used for stamping parts and corrosion resistant structural parts with working temperature below 350°c, not much force but high plasticity, such as aircraft skeleton, ship pipeline, valve, pump, heat exchanger, distillation tower, cooler, ion pump, compressor valve. In industry, Tal is generally required for high formability, Ta3 for wear resistance and high strength, and Ta2 is the most widely used
