439 NO.1 Stainless Hot Rolled Sheet
Product Description
Hot Rolled Sheet: Use continuous casting slab or blooming slab as raw material, heat it through a walking heating furnace, descale it with high-pressure water, and enter the rough rolling mill. After entering the finishing mill, computer-controlled rolling is implemented. After the final rolling, it undergoes laminar cooling (computer-controlled cooling rate) and coiling machine to become a straight hair coil.
439 NO.1 Stainless Hot Rolled Sheet is on the basis of ordinary ferritic materials to reduce the content of carbon, at the same time adding Ti and other stabilizing elements, so that the steel resistance to intergranular corrosion, formability and weldability have been improved. Compared with 304 steel, although the elongation is lower (about 30%), the strength and corrosion resistance are comparable, and the corrosion resistance is better than 200 series materials.
