444 NO.1 Stainless Hot Rolled Coils
Product Description
Products used in construction, machinery and other industries. Hot-rolled coils use continuous casting slabs or blooming slabs as raw materials. They are heated in a walking heating furnace, descaled by high-pressure water, and then enter the roughing mill. The rough rolling material enters the finishing mill after cutting the head and tail, and implements computer-controlled rolling. After the final rolling, it undergoes laminar cooling (computer-controlled cooling rate) and coiling machine to become a straight hair coil.
444 NO.1 Stainless Hot Rolled Coils is a kind of ultra-low carbon nitrogen, containing 18% chromium and 2% molybdenum, high corrosion resistance of ferritic stainless steel. The steel is usually stabilized by niobium or titanium, which can avoid intergranular corrosion after welding. The steel is especially suitable for use in various water treatment devices. The yield strength of 444 stainless steel is 1.5 times that of carbon steel and 6 times that of glass steel. It is excellent for shock resistance, snow resistance, wind pressure resistance and impact resistance. The chromium content is about 1.0%, and the alloying element molybdenum (Mo) is added, so the steel has good pitting corrosion resistance, crevice corrosion, stress corrosion resistance, and its corrosion resistance is even better than SUS304 and SUS316 in some fields.
