Product Description
202 NO.1 Stainless Hot Rolled Coils: Products used in construction, machinery and other industries. Hot-rolled coils use continuous casting slabs or blooming slabs as raw materials. They are heated in a walking heating furnace, descaled by high-pressure water, and then enter the roughing mill. The rough rolling material enters the finishing mill after cutting the head and tail, and implements computer-controlled rolling. After the final rolling, it undergoes laminar cooling (computer-controlled cooling rate) and coiling machine to become a straight hair coil.
202 NO.1 Stainless Hot Rolled Coils belongs to the stable Austenite system stainless steel, its national standard model is 1Cr18Mn8Ni5N, has high strength, toughness, high wear resistance and has a large work hardening. 202 stainless steel is widely used in architectural decoration, hotel facilities, shopping malls, glass handrails, public facilities and other places. By high-precision automatic pipe making equipment, through its own corrosion solution welding, roll forming, without any metal filler, filled with gas protection (inside and outside the pipe) welding, welding method for TIG process, and online solid solution eddy current inspection.
