Product Description
Products used in construction, machinery and other industries. Hot-rolled coils use continuous casting slabs or blooming slabs as raw materials. They are heated in a walking heating furnace, descaled by high-pressure water, and then enter the roughing mill. The rough rolling material enters the finishing mill after cutting the head and tail, and implements computer-controlled rolling. After the final rolling, it undergoes laminar cooling (computer-controlled cooling rate) and coiling machine to become a straight hair coil.
304 NO.1 Stainless Hot Rolled Coils is a common material in stainless steel, High temperature 800℃, with good processing performance, high toughness characteristics, widely used in industry and furniture decoration industry and food and medical industry. 304 is a kind of universal stainless steel, which is widely used to make equipment and parts requiring good comprehensive performance (corrosion resistance and formability). In order to maintain the corrosion resistance inherent in stainless steel, the steel must contain more than 18% chromium and more than 8% nickel content.
