321 NO.1 Stainless Hot Rolled Coils
Product Description
Products used in construction, machinery and other industries. Hot-rolled coils use continuous casting slabs or blooming slabs as raw materials. They are heated in a walking heating furnace, descaled by high-pressure water, and then enter the roughing mill. The rough rolling material enters the finishing mill after cutting the head and tail, and implements computer-controlled rolling. After the final rolling, it undergoes laminar cooling (computer-controlled cooling rate) and coiling machine to become a straight hair coil.
321 NO.1 Stainless Hot Rolled Coils is Ni-Cr-Ti austenitic stainless steel, with abrasion resistance, high temperature resistance, creep resistance, etc., used in the manufacture of wear-resistant acid containers and wear-resistant equipment lining, conveying pipeline. 321 stainless steel is Ni-Cr-Ti austenitic stainless steel, its performance is very similar to 304, but because of the addition of titanium metal, it has better resistance to grain boundary corrosion and high temperature strength. Due to the addition of titanium metal, it effectively controls the formation of chromium carbide.321 stainless steel has a better Stress Rupture performance and a higher temperature Creep Resistance in both stress and mechanical properties than 304 stainless steel.Suitable for welding components at high temperature.Used in chemical, coal and petroleum industries with high corrosion resistance to grain boundaries, outdoor machines, heat-resistant parts of building materials and parts with difficulty in heat treatment
