309S NO.1 Stainless Hot Rolled Coils
Product Description
Products used in construction, machinery and other industries. Hot-rolled coils use continuous casting slabs or blooming slabs as raw materials. They are heated in a walking heating furnace, descaled by high-pressure water, and then enter the roughing mill. The rough rolling material enters the finishing mill after cutting the head and tail, and implements computer-controlled rolling. After the final rolling, it undergoes laminar cooling (computer-controlled cooling rate) and coiling machine to become a straight hair coil.
309S 2B Stainless Hot Rolled Coils is a free cutting stainless steel containing sulfur, used for the main requirements of free cutting and high surface finish. Characteristics and uses: corrosion resistance, heat resistance are better than 0Cr19Ni9. The 309s is a variant of the lower carbon 309 stainless steel for use where welding is required. The lower carbon content minimizes the carbide precipitation in the heat-affected zone near the weld, which may lead to intergranular corrosion (welding erosion) of stainless steel in some environments. It can withstand repeated heating below 980 ℃, and has high high temperature strength, oxidation resistance and carburizing resistance. Widely used in boiler, energy (nuclear power, thermal power, fuel cell), industrial furnace, incinerator, heating furnace, chemical industry, petrochemical and other important fields.
