Product Description

444 Stainless steel medium thickness plate，444 (00Cr18Mo2) is an ultra-low carbon nitrogen, containing 18% chromium and 2% molybdenum, high corrosion resistance of ferritic stainless steel. The yield strength of 444 is equivalent to 1.5 times that of carbon steel and 6 times that of FRP. It has outstanding advantages in earthquake resistance, snow resistance, wind pressure resistance and impact resistance. SUS444 ferritic stainless steel has high thermal conductivity, about 130% ~ 150% of chromium-nickel austenitic stainless steel, which is very suitable for heat exchange purposes. The coefficient of thermal expansion is small, and the team is only 60% ~ 70% of the chromium-nickel Olympic stenitic stainless steel, which is very suitable for thermal expansion, cold contraction and thermal circulation. The steel has good plasticity and toughness, and is suitable for drawing, rolling and stamping. In particular, stress corrosion resistance is the most excellent, in high chloride medium corrosion resistance is better than ordinary ferrite stainless steel and austenitic stainless steel, generally do not produce chloride stress corrosion rupture. After the addition of Ti,Mo and other elements, the performance of resistance to pore corrosion and crevice corrosion is improved
